Very enthusiastic about real produce and real cooking. Been in hospitality since I was twelve started as a pot wash, Been cheffing in The Netherlands, England, and Sri Lanka Creator and owner of beach bar in Sri Lanka, serving local food straight from the BBQ to the table. Trained to be a butcher during covid, learned from a variety of butchers down the line, classic old school and modern. Now created my own style of butchery, straight forward, classic, and modern mixed.
